The original antibody was generated by immunizing   Balb/c and SJL mice with the extracellular domain of EphA2.

Application Notes

This antibody was used for ELISA on the EphA2 protein (US20070166314). Surface plasmon resonance was performed to determine the binding affinity of this antibody (US20070166314). This   antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on radical retropubic   prostatectomy tissue (US20070166314). This antibody was used for flow   cytometry on non-transformed MCF-10A cells and transformed MDA-MB-231 cells   (US20070166314).
