Application Notes | The specific binding reactivity of this antibody to the P1.2 subtype antigen peptide 'HFVQQTPKSQPTL' was checked using ELISA (PMID: 16470851). This antibody at a dilution of 1:20,000 is capable of binding live cells of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B in a flow cytometric assay (PMID: 11349041). This antibody was also used in the visualization of P1.2 epitope on the surface of the vesicles by using immunogold labelling (PMID: 8873395). |
