Application Notes | The original rabbit IgG antibody binds human IL-10 with a high affinity and has a dissociation constant (Kd) of 9.62×10^(-11) M. A combination of AbAb01-IL10 and AbAb02-IL10 can be used in a double antibody sandwich ELISA, where AbAb01-IL10 is used as a capture antibody and AbAb02-IL10 is used as a detection antibody. The sensitivity of human IL-10 detection for this pair was reported to be 125pg/ml (CN114349858). |
