Immunogen | This antibody was raised by immunizing C57BL/6 mice with spleen cells. |
Application Notes | PI- cells were used in an flow cytometry experiment using this antibody (Stall and Loken, 1984; pmid:6690619). A competitive binding assay on BALB/c mouse spleen cells was preformed using a radiolabelled version of this antibody (May et al, 1990; pmid:1691764). A cytotoxicity assay was preformed on mouse lymph node cells using this antibody. The antibody was 62,5 fold less toxic than ricin (May et al, 1990; pmid:1691764). BALB/c mice were given this antibody as a preventive treatment for chronic TMA- and DNCB-induced CHS (Nguyen, 2018; pmid:30218740). ELISA was preformed on TMA- specific IgM, IgG and IgE in mouse serum with this antibody (Nguyen, 2018; pmid:30218740). Fresh mouse spleen cells were used in flow cytometry using this antibody (Nguyen, 2018; pmid:30218740). B cells from mice were used for immunofluorescence with this antibody (Pereira et al, 2009; pmid:19597478). |
