The original antibody was isolated by panning a Fab type Rz human antibody library against CD86 antigen.
Application Notes
This antibody can be used for detection of human B7-2 expressed on Raji B cells by flow cytometry. This antibody can be used for the detection of CD86 in an ELISA. This antibody showed inhibitory effect on T cell activity when used alone or in combination with anti-CD80 antibody 2F11 in an in vitro cell base assay. The use of combination of 3A2 and 2F11 resulted in better inhibition of T cell activity (WO2017105091).
