This original antibody was raised by immunizing a mouse with human CD83.
Application Notes
The original antibody was used for an ELISA on huCD83Ig fusion protein. Here it showed that the binding of this antibody to CD83 is inhibited by ELBE-1. This antibody was used for flow cytometry on huCD83-expressing cells (Papp et al., 2013; PMID：23607344), and on activated human dendritic cells (Cao et al., 2005; PMID：15320871, Pashine et al., 2008; PMID：18079004). This antibody was used for a western blot on HuCD83Ig fusion protein (Papp et al., 2013; PMID：23607344), and on human CD83 fusion proteins (Pashine et al., 2008; PMID：18079004).
