Application Notes
This antibody binds 293F cells transfected with mFcγRIV with a binding affinity of 4.3nM. This antibody could positively stain mFcγRI expressed on the surface of macrophages and monocytes in a flow cytometry (PMID: 26512139). The plate-coated antibody could also detect mFcγRI-rCD4 fusion proteins in an ELISA (PMID: 26512139). This antibody was used for aggregation of FcgRI on BM-DCs and peritoneal MF cells for microscopy assays (PMID: 37360697). This antibody was used for the immunofluorescence staining of mouse lung tissues (PMID: 38690277).
