The original antibody was generated by immunizing alpaca with purified CD38 as immunogen.
Application Notes
This single domain antibody (VHH) binds human CD38 with a high affinity. The specificity of this antibody towards CD38 was tested using ELISA. THis antibody can effectively recognize CD38 on multiple myelona cells (CN110229230).
