The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with recombinant human CD206 crosslinked with the MBS-KLH connector.
Application Notes
The binding specificity of this antibody to human CD206 was determined using ELISA. The scFv version antibody was used in the generation of antibody-drug conjugate (CN113512117)
