The original antibody was generated by immunizing Wistar rats with canine CD20 expressing stable NRK cell line.
Application Notes
This antibody can be used to detect canine CD20 expressed on the surface of NRK cell line and canine peripheral blood cells using flow cytometry. This antibody is also capable of immunoprecipitating CD20 from canine peripheral lymphocytes and NRK cells stably expressing canine CD20 (JP2016013104).
