The original antibody was generated from BALB/c mice immunized with NALM1 and NALM16 cells.
Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for surface phenotyping of various cells using flow cytometry (PMID: 10626673, 10933928, 10358151, 9454750). The scFv version of this antibody FVS192 bound CD19 antigen in flow cytometric assays (PMID: 7538901). This antibody was also used in the study of diminished expression of CD19 in B-Cell Lymphomas using flow cytometry (PMID: 15624204).
