This antibody was raised by immunising C57Bl/6 mice with human IL-9 coupled to ovalbumin.
Application Notes
This antibody has been used in ELISA analysis to detect human IL-9 in allergen- stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cell supernatants (Jenmalm et al, 2001) and differentiated human T helper cell supernatants (Chang et al, 2010). This antibody, when fluorochrome-conjugated, has also been used to achieve intracellular IL-9 staining, analysed using flow cytometry (Chang et al, 2010; Beriou et al, 2010; Lozano et al, 2013).
