This antibody was raised by immunising C56BL/6 mice with BALB/c-derived R45-45-11, an anti-cyclosporine monoclonal antibody.

Application Notes

In a competition ELISA, this antibody has been shown to inhibit the interaction between R45-45-11, the idiotype, and   its antigen, cyclosporine (Zenke et al, 1992).
