Application Notes | The specificity of the original antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected the recombinant chIL-18 by western blot analysis. The antibody neutralizes the biological function of chIL18 in HD11 cell and reduced IL-18-induced IFN-production by primary splenocytes. (Hong et al, 2010; pmid: 20674988). |
