Application Notes | The specificity of this antibody (IgG2b) was confirmed in ELISA analysis. The antibody detected the recombinant chIL-15 by western blot analysis. Further, the antibody inhibited the IL-15-induced proliferation of splenic lymphoblast cells in a dose-dependent manner, when used at 20 mg/ml, the antibody inhibited proliferation by 56.7% (Min et al, 2002; pmid: 12088644). |
