Application Notes | The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis (IC50 value= 4.2 nM). The binding affinity of the nanobody to IL-12RB2 was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 2.7 nM). The antibody recognised T cells expressing IL-12RB2, as shown by FACS analysis (EC50= 1.8 nM). The antibody could inhibit the IL-12 function and the dependent IFN-γ secretion was measured. (IC50 of IFNγ release T cells D839 = 51 nM) (US20220242958). |
