Application Notes | The original rabbit IgG antibody binds mouse IL-10 with a high affinity and has a dissociation constant (Kd) of 1.224×10^(-10) M. A combination of 2H4 and 3F5 can be used in a double antibody sandwich ELISA, where 2H4 is used as a capture antibody and 3F5 is used as a detection antibody. The sensitivity of mouse IL-10 detection for this pair was reported to be 1.965pg/mL (CN116396384). |
