Application Notes | This antibody specifically binds human interferon gamma in an ELISA and does not cross react with IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, GM-CSF and TNF-alpha. The original mouse IgG version of this antibody binds human IFN-gamma with a binding affinity of Kd= 41.1 pM. A combination of antibodies 8C5F8 and 13E6H4 can be used in a double antibody sandwich ELISA, where 8C5F8 is used as a capture antibody and 13E6H4 is used as a detection antibody (CN116284381). |
