Application Notes | YC15 was reformatted as a scFv fragment and combined with Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A to create an immunotoxin against KSHV-infected cells (Cai & Berger, 2011). YC15 was shown to bind cells expressing gH on the surface using flow cytometry, where binding was sufficient to neutralise gH activity and also induce a cytotoxic effect. |
