Application Notes | DVC21 has been used in cell-based assays and was shown to exhibit both neutralisation and antibody-dependent enhancing activity using primary human monocytes (Kou et al, 2011). This antibody has also been characterised as EDIII-specific by ELISA and Western blot (Beltramello et al, 2010). |
