Immunogen | The original antibody was raised by immunzing a mouse with human CD44. |
Application Notes | The original antibody was used for immunofluorescence on HeLa cells (Pleiner et al., 2018; PMID:29263082), and on PC3 cells (Ricciardelli et al., 2007; PMID:17293599). This antibody was used for flow cytometry on CAMA-1, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-435, Raji and HeLa cells (Ssadh et al., 2017; PMID:29190904), and on HEK 293T human embryonic kidney cells, MDA-MB231 human breast tumor cells, MCF-7 human breast tumor cells, 4T1 mouse breast tumor cells, and Panc-1 human pancreatic tumor cells (Khan et al., 2021; PMID:33391537), to determine the expression of CD44 on their surface. This antibody was used for for an immunoblot on CAMA-1, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-435, Raji and HeLa cells to confirm that the receptor detected by tha antibody was indeed CD44 (Ssadh et al., 2017; PMID:29190904). |
