The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/C mice with CEA. The antibody was subsequently humanized.
Application Notes
The antibody-CPG2 conjugate showed anti-tumour activity in an ADEPT model. The antibody was employed to screen human normal and tumour tissues using sensitive three-stage indirect immunohistology on acetone-fixed, frozen cryostat sections. Further, the reactivity of the antibody was compared against A5B7. The two antibodies showed comparable results in the following tumours
