The original antibody was generated by humanizing the anti-CD96 murine antibody clone "m1722".
Application Notes
In an ELISA assay, this antibody demonstrated an EC50 of 0.073 nM and 0.047 nM against human CD96 and cynomolgus CD96, respectively. In another ELISA, this antibody demonstrated the ability to specifically bind to CD96 overexpressing CHO-S cells with an EC50 of 0.047 nM. Via SPR, the antibody demonstrated an affinity of 0.86 nM to Human CD96. A competitive ELISA assay indicated that this antibody does not compete with Ab04853 Anti-CD96 [ch1720], indicating they target different epitopes.
