Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing SJL white mice with various forms of the human CD96 extracellular region, including versions tagged with Flag or mFc, as well as CHO cells overexpressing human CD96.
Application Notes
In an ELISA assay, this antibody demonstrated an EC50 of 0.074 nM and 0.096 nM against human and cynomolgus CD96, respectively. In another ELISA, this antibody demonstrated the ability to specifically bind to CD96 overexpressing CHO-S cells with an EC50 of 0.036 nM. This antibody blocked the interaction between CD96 and CD155-expressing CHO cells with an IC50 of 0.149nM. In an SPR assay, the antibody demonstrated an affinity of 1.35 nM to Human CD96. A competitive ELISA assay demonstrated that this antibody does not compete with Ab04854 Anti-CD96 [h1722-010], indicating they target different epitopes. This antibody can enhance the killing of tumor cells by NK cells.
