Immunogen
The C-terminal domain of human CD38 (residue 45–300) was expressed and produced in a yeast expression system. The purified recombinant protein was used as an antigen to immunize llamas. Phage display technology was used to obtain positive clones against CD38.
Application Notes
The nanobody MU375 has been crystallised with CD38.
