This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with cells of the KG-1a human acute myeloid leukaemia cell line.
Application Notes
This antibody effectively binds to CD34-expressing KG-1a cells in FC analysis, and has been shown to react specifically with CHO-CD34 cells, but not CHO cells (Qian et al, 2008). This antibody has also been shown to bind CD34 in western blot analysis (Qian et al, 2008).
