The original antibody was generated by collecting the total RNA of the camel spleen tissue, reverse transcription of total RNA to obtain cDNA to create a natural camel source nano-phage phage display library. The original antibody was isolated from this nano-phage phage display library by panning against human CD20.
Application Notes
The binding specificity of this single domain nanobody antibody was done using ELISA. This nanobody was also capable of detecting purified CD20 antigen and CD20 expressed on Daudi cells in a Western blot assay (CN111574629).
