Application Notes
This antibody recognizes murine CD18, which together with CD11b forms the complement receptor 3, also called the Macrophage 1 antigen MAC1. This antibody may be used in flow cytometry, IHC , IF and IP. The original rat IgG2a format was not known to block function.
