Cat. No.
MABL-748
Application
SPR, ELISA, FC
Isotype
Engineer antibody
Species Reactivity
Human
Clone No.
OX-130
From
Recombinant Antibody
Specificity
This antibody recognizes both common alleles of the human activating SIRPβ1 receptor, does not recognize SIRPγ, but cross-reacts with one of the common alleles of the inhibitory human SIRPα receptor.
Alternative Names
SIRP-beta-1; Signal-regulatory protein beta-1; CD172 antigen-like family member B
UniProt
O00241
Immunogen
Recombinant SIRPβ1 was purified by nickel affinity chromatography and used to immunize mice.
Application Notes
This antibody binds both common alleles of the human activating SIRPβ1 receptor, but ELISA and surface plasmon resonance results have shown that it reacts with one of the two common alleles of SIRPα, potentially yielding different outcomes when this antibody is used in assays from different individuals.
