The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with human CD147.
Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The affinity of the Fab fragment of the antibody for the CD147 His-tagged N-terminal domain was 120 nM, as measured by Surface Plasmon Resonance. Further, the antibody was used for affinity maturation studies (US20100261620).
