The original antibody was raised by immunizing a mouse with human CD14.
Application Notes
Western blot was performed using this antibody on proteins (US20170107294). This antibody was used for flow cytometery on fresh human or porcine whole blood (US20170107294) (Lau et al, 2013; pmid:24062486). ELISA was performed on C1q and human FcgRs using this antibody (US20170107294). Blocking experiments were performed to investigate the role of CD14 using this antibody (Lotz et al, 2004; pmid:14673018).
