This antibody was raised by immunising mice with common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia cells.
Application Notes
Anti-Neprilysin antibodies have been used in the characterisation and identification of certain cancers and other conditions. For instance, CD10 (Neprilysin) is an important cell surface marker of human acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) and Daskalopoulou and colleagues (2001) used this antibody (along with others) during cytological diagnosis and subclassification of malignant lymphomas as a marker of ALL. SS2/36 antibody was also used for flow cytometric phenotyping of hairy cell leukemia cases (Jasionowski et al., 2003).
