The original antibody was generated by immunizing transgenic mice with recombinant human MCP-1.
Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody for CCL2 was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody was able to inhibit the binding of MCP-1 to its receptor. Further, it was able to inhibit the binding of eotaxin-1 to its receptor (CN100486996C).
