The original antibody was raised by mutating an antibody that was raised against two non- overlapping epitopes of BoNT/A.
Application Notes
The binding of this antibody was determined using flow cytometry on BoNT/A1 and BoNT/A2. The structure of this antibody determined using x-ray crystallography (Garcia-Rodriguez et al., 2007; PMID：17173035). This antibody was used for a BoNT/A inhibition assay (Kalb et al., 2009; PMID：19399171).
