The original antibody was raised by immunizing mice with human breast cancer cell line SKBR3.
Application Notes
A protein obtained using this antibody is digested with trypsin and analyzed by MALDI_x0002_MS. From the analysis it was determined that this protein was alpha-actinin-4 (US9040018). An 8% Tris_x0002_glycine gel shows recombinant alpha-actinin-4 protein, and soluble alpha-actinin-4 protein from KATO-3 conditioned cell medium isolated with this antibody (US9040018). ELISA was performed using this antibody on plasma samples (Control: plasma from healthy people, Breast Cancer: plasma from breast cancer patients) from control and patient groups (US9040018). Immunohistochemistry is performed with this antibody using a Actinin-4 IHC Kit on a total of 714 breast tumor and control samples (US9040018).
