Application Notes
The original antibody was used for fluorescence quenching on 2-phenyl-5-oxazolone to determine the affinity of this antibody for its target (Berek et al., PMID:3927173). The structure of this antibody was determined using x-ray crystallography (Scotti and Gherardi., 2006; PMID:16682055).
