The original antibody was generated by isolating neutralizing antibodies from a non-immune human Ab-phage library using a novel panning strategy.
Application Notes
This antibody blocks the binding of MERS-CoV spike protein to DPP4 receptor by binding to the aa 349-590 in the S1 domain of the MERS-CoV. It is a neutralizing antibody with IC50 value ranging from 1.25 to 2 μg/mL.
