Immunogen | The original antibody was generated by immunizing an adult one-humped camel with recombinant superfolder green fluorescent protein (sfGFP). An immune nanobody library was generated from the peripheral blood of the immunized camel. The particular antibody was isolated by panning the library against sfGFP. |
Application Notes | The binding specificity of this nanobody towards sfGFP was determined using ELISA. This antibody can also be used of the identification of sfGFP via a western blot (PMID: 25085037). |
