Application Notes | This antibody binds mouse IL-6 with a binding affinity in the nanomolar range. This antibody was used as a labelling antibody in combination with 12E1 as a capture antibody for the development of a sandwich ELISA assay for detection of mouse IL-6. This antibody pair specifically recognized mouse IL-6 in samples with a sensitivity as low as 1.56pg/mL (CN116715763). |
