Application Notes | The original format of this antibody (mouse IgG2b, κ) was used to detect human TL1A in WB, IHC, and IF (Bamias et al., 2011; PMID: 21672030). Furthermore, the biotinylated version of this antibody was used to detect human TL1A in a quantitative ELISA (Kim et al., 2012; PMID: 22647538). This antibody is suitable for use in FACS (unpublished results of Dr. Sunghee Kim). |
