Direct binding analysis of Fab antibody toward Ars-BGG and Sulf-BGG were performed and binding was detected by ELISA. (PMID: 9637513) Competition ELISA was used to determine the relative affinity of the antibody for p-azophenylarsonate-N-acetyl-L-Tyr. (PMID: 11673524)
