The original antibody was generated by immunizing alpaca with purified BCMA-FC fusion protein as immunogen.
Application Notes
This single domain antibody (VHH) binds human BCMA with a high affinity. The specificity of this antibody towards BCMA was tested using ELISA. This antibody was used for immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analysis of BCMA expressing A549-BCMA and U266 cells (CN109942708).
