The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with recombinant human B7-H3.
Application Notes
This antibody binds human B7-H3 with a strong affinity of 3.16 pM. It positively binds human B7-H3 in an ELISA. This antibody was also capable of binding MDA-MB-231 cells that highly express B7-H3 (WO2018161872A1).
