Immunogen | The original antibody was generated by collecting the total RNA of the camel spleen tissue, reverse transcription of total RNA to obtain cDNA to create a natural camel source nano-phage phage display library. The original antibody was isolated from this nano-phage phage display library by panning against human CD20. |
Application Notes | The binding specificity of this single domain nanobody antibody was done using ELISA. This nanobody was also capable of detecting purified CD20 antigen and CD20 expressed on Daudi cells in a Western blot assay (CN111574629). |
