Specificity | This antibody recognizes CD148 (Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase eta) which is a tyrosine phosphatase which dephosphorylates or contributes to the dephosphorylation of various targets. It plays a role in cell adhesion, migration, proliferation and differentiation as well as is involved in vascular development. CD148 acts also as a regulator of macrophage adhesion and spreading. |
