Application Notes | This antibody was used for immunoblotting PANC-1 cells mock-infected or infected with GLV-1h68 or GLV-1h99. This virus expresses the human norepinephrine transporter.This antibody was also used for immunofluorescence on PANC-1 cells mock-infected or infected with GLV-1h68 or GLV-1h99 (viruses that express the human norepinephrine transporter) (Chen et al., 2009; PMID: 19287510).This antibody was used for immunoblotting to assess the expression of the norepinephrine transporter. The samples used were entire cells and plasma membranes from Neuron-like human neuroblastoma SK-N-SH cells (Park et al., 2013; PMID: 23485735). |
