Immunogen

This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with Foxi3 epitope:   amino acids 1-127 (N-terminus) of mouse Foxi3.

Application Notes

This antibody is recommended for   detection and analysis of foxi3 by western blot and immunocytochemistry. For   instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect foxi3 by   western blot in extracts of COS cells transiently transfected with Flag-tagged   Foxi3 or untagged Kv2.1 plasmid.
