This antibody we generated by humanisation of the murine antibody R3, raised against EGFR purified from placenta membranes and A431 tumors.
Application Notes
This antibody binds to human EGFR and inhibits EGF-dependent clonogenic growth of NRK cells and completely blocks EGF stimulated autophosphorylation of the receptor (Fernandez 1992)
