Application Notes | P2B1 antibody can be used to assess the protein expression of DUX4 in muscle cells affected by facioscapulohumeral dystrophy (FSHD). For instance, this antibody was used to stain C2C12 myoblasts transfected with human DUX4 (Geng et al., 2011). |
